D&P Captains,
you MUST contact Lee King (D&P
VP) if any of your players receives a yellow or a red card. In the email, make
sure you include your team’s name, the carded player’s name, the infraction, and
the date/location of the game. This is mandatory. Also make sure that
the yellow/red card is noted on the game card. If your player receives a red
card, the referee must fill out a Supplementary Referee Report
to send in with the game card within 48 hours. If
a player receives a red card (or 2 yellow cards) in a game, they CANNOT play again until Lee clears
them to play. Your team will face
suspension for failure to adhere to this rule. ANYTIME a player is injured (regardless of if a card was issued), have the referee write an injury report! The player will need it if they file for GSSA insurance coverage.
