D&P Please contact Lee King (D&P) at LeekingTenPro@aol.com if any of your players receives a yellow or red card. This is mandatory. Also please make sure it is noted on the game card sent to Karen Skellie. If your player receives a red card, the referee must fill out a Supplementary Referee Report to send in with the game card within 48 hours.
